To ensure optimal service and availability for all my clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. Missed appointments (no shows) will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client.
